Bassist and Champaign native Viktor Krauss returns to central Illinois for a performance at the Allerton Music Barn Saturday evening.
He’s joined by harpist Maeve Gilchrist, and they’ll be playing selections from their new album “Vignette,” available on Adventure Records.
Krauss is the brother of Grammy-winning bluegrass musician Alison Krauss. He spoke with Illinois Public Media’s Brian Moline about his new album and his work with Maeve Gilchrist.
