Moss Bresnahan

Maurice “Moss” Bresnahan is the Executive Director of WILL-TV, AM and FM, the PBS and NPR stations based at the University of Illinois. His experience includes working in the cable TV business; for newspapers in the Boston area; and as a press aide for the mayor of Boston--his hometown. He also served as an officer in the Naval Reserve. Moss has dedicated his career to public service media, having served as CEO at other PBS stations, including KCTS in Seattle, South Carolina ETV, and WVPT in Virginia. He earned his BS and MS from Boston University.
Lillie Duncanson

Lillie began her career at Illinois Public Media in July of 2004 as the TV Traffic Manager. In her 13 years at WILL, her role has evolved into the Assistant Director of Content & Continuity and now the Interim Director of Station Operations, overseeing TV and Radio Traffic, Broadcast Operations, Engineering, and ensures station workflow amongst the internal departments. Lillie currently serves on the PBS Traffic Advisory Committee, PBS Operations Advisory Committee and the PBS Interconnection Working Group. She is also on the board of the Digital Convergence Alliance. Lillie got her start in Public Broadcasting as a student at WTIU in Bloomington, Indiana.
Reginald Hardwick

Reginald is the News & Public Affairs Director for the Illinois Newsroom. He started at WILL in October of 2019 after serving as News Director for WKAR in East Lansing, Michigan. Previously, he was a news producer and manager at the NBC station in Dallas, where he won 7 Emmy awards. Born in Vietnam, Reginald is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado.
John Steinbacher
Director of Development

John Steinbacher spent nearly a decade at Illinois Public Media as the Membership Director before being promoted to Development Director in February of 2022. He currently oversees all fundraising efforts for the organization. Previously he worked in advancement and membership for various organizations including the International Society of Arboriculture and Canadian Doctors for Medicare. He has a Masters Degree in Public Policy focusing on nonprofit fundraising from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota and is an undergrad alum of the University of Illinois.
