Atomic Age Cocktail Party
Saturdays at 11 PM and Sundays at 10 PM
This week on The Atomic Age Cocktail Party, we wrap up the year by giving a Standing Ovation to those hi-fi artists who we said goodbye to in 2024. We’ll feature sets of music from Jack Jones, Sergio Mendes, Quincy Jones, and others.
Evening Concert
7 to 9 pm Monday thru Thursday, and Sunday
Sunday night January 5 at 6:00 on the “Evening Concert” on WILL 90.9 FMHD1 you’ll hear Korngold’s “Piano Quintet” and Nino Rota’s “Clarinet Trio” on the “Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center”. At 7:00 o’clock you’ll hear music by Venezuelan composer Paul Desenne on Fiesta. Also to be heard at 8:00 as shown in Patterns Magazine as "Classical Music", chamber music from the "Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival".

Our first John Frayne Classical Music Graduate Student Work Experience fellow, Julia Escobar, guest hosts this very special Prairie Performances, curated by her and featuring the fantastic flute.
Classics of the Phonograph
Saturdays at 11 am
On this very special edition, John Frayne will be joined in studio by Julia Escobar—the first ever John Frayne Classical Music Grad Fellow—who will share her favorite flute recordings from the 20th century.
Afternoon at the Opera

For this year's Opera Gala on Sept. 18, we enjoy a truly phenomenal piece of operatic history brought to life by Opera Southwest’s Artistic Director Anthony Barrese and then brought straight to you, thanks to Afternoon at the Opera.
