Bandwagon Bits: Michal Dwojak

Concussions are a hot topic in sports right now, particularly in football.  But they’re an issue in other sports, too.  Michal Dwojak recently wrote a long-form story for the Daily Illini about concussions in female athletes.  Michal was a guest on the most recent episode of Illinois Public Media’s sports and culture podcast, “The Bandwagon.”

Hosts Lisa Bralts, John Steinbacher, and Brian Moline spoke with Dwojak about his article.  He says he started out just generally looking into injuries to Illini athletes before it really took shape.
