Getting help after a sexual assault is already a difficult process. But in some cases, patients showing up for medical care have been arrested for unrelated matters. We learned how advocates are hoping to change that.

Plus, some Illinois libraries are changing their late-fee policies in an effort to help the patrons who rely on their services the most. We also learned how a state senator from Rockford used his clout to steer the city to approve a casino developer, to whom he has political and financial ties; and we checked in the the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to hear how bobcats, which were once at risk, have made a resurgence in the state.
