Monday night March 28 at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”. You’ll hear Tchaikovsky’s “6th Symphony”, the “Pathetique”, Still’s “Old California”, and Schoenberg’s “Transfigured Night”.  Also on the program Bartok’s 3rd Piano Concerto”.

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “This Week from China’s National Centre for the Performing Arts”. You’ll hear Prokofiev’s “Classical Symphony” and Beethoven’s “Coriolan Overture”.  Also on program Schoenberg’s “Transfigured Night”. 

Tonight at 7:00 on the Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the “Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcast”. Music Director Riccardo Muti leads the group in Shostakovich’s “6th Symphony”. Also on the program Liszt’s “Mazeppa” Symphonic poem and Schoenberg’s “Transfigured Night.
