Gus Edwards rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns as Rutgers ended a 16-game losing streak in the Big Ten with a 35-24 win over Illinois on Saturday. 

Malcolm Hill scored 22 points and had 10 rebounds as Illinois cruised to an 82-66 victory over Rutgers on Tuesday night. Illinois snaps a two-game skid while the Scarlet Knights have lost 13 straight games. Maverick Morgan added 17 points for the Fighting Illini.
