Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s “The New York Philharmonic This Week”.  The program opens with Dvorak’s “Carnival Overture” followed by Bartok’s “1st Violin Concerto” with soloist Glenn Dicterow, and finishes with Tchaikovsky’s “4th Symphony”.
