Health Alliance VP Discusses Insurance Exchanges

Tuesday was a busy day for the insurance companies who applied to be a part of the Illinois insurance exchange. One of those companies is Health Alliance, which is based in Urbana. Jana Perry is the Vice President of Medicare and Individual Services with Health Alliance in Urbana. She spoke with Illinois Public Media’s Sean Powers about the new opportunities for people created by the Affordable Care Act, and how Health Alliance intends to stay competitive in the exchange.
