Litigating Loss - and the Post-Crash Lawsuits Against Boeing
In March 2019, an Ethiopian Airlines flight flew erratically on take-off, then crashed and killed the people on board. This was the second crash of the Boeing 737 MAX 8 in less than six months. Litigation is part of the aftermath of the Boeing crashes. Not just one lawsuit, but lots of lawsuits, many brought in Illinois courts.
