The Supreme Court often makes headline news.  But most of the judging in the United States takes place outside of the highest court.  In this Legal Issues rebroadcast, Verity Winship explores some fundamental differences between the job of Supreme Court Justices and other judges, especially trial court judges.  It makes the point that your opinion about the Supreme Court – whatever it is - should not necessarily dictate how you think about judging more generally.
