Beethoven’s “3rd Symphony” and a tribute to Mariss Jansons on the “Evening Concert”

Tonight at 7:00 on the “Evening Concert” on FM 90.9 it’s the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. You’ll hear Beethoven’s “3rd Symphony in E-flat Major, the “Eroica”. Music Director Manfred Honeck conducts. Also on the program Sibelius’ “The Swan of Tuonela” and a tribute to former director Mariss Jansons who passed away late last year.
