Deep Dish Pizza

-Baked in cake like pan

-Layers of meat, vegetables, tomato sauce, and dense mozzarella cheese

-Cracker-like crust

Tavern Style Pizza

-Square cut

-Sausage with fennel spice

-Cracker-thin crust 

Quad City Style Pizza

-Cut in long, thin, (mostly) rectangular strips by special shears

-The sauce is red tomato spiced up with red pepper flakes and ground cayenne

-The quarter-inch crust is hand-tossed with a 'malty' sweet flavor

 

St. Louis Style Pizza

-Cut in squares

-The cheese is a combination of cheddar, swiss and provolone

-The crust is thin, crispy and crunchy
