Today on The 21st … housing was already expensive for many Illinoisans. But for some, the COVID-19 pandemic has made a tough situation into a crisis.

Then, you know that saying, “This entire meeting could have been an email”? Many of us lucky enough to do our jobs from home during the pandemic have learned most of our offices could have been an email, and some of us are not excited about going back.

And, many addiction aid organizations in Illinois have been forced to cut back hours or close altogether as the coronavirus pandemic continues. Today we’ll talk about the effect that might have on the people who rely on their life saving services.
