We start the week as always with our reporter roundtable, looking at the latest with COVID-19. Illinois is on pace to enter the next phase of eased restrictions later this week.

Then, last week the U-S Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against the Trump administration’s attempt to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA program, started under the Obama administration. We’ll look into what this means for the 34,000 active DACA recipients in Illinois, and for the future of the program.

And- the coronavirus pandemic has disrupted food distribution systems. That’s one of the reasons some Illinoisans have turned to growing their own.
