Sex Ed In Illinois Schools

Progressives are applauding Illinois’ new law on health and sexual education. It aims to provide age-appropriate safety information to school children at every level — and a new curriculum for those in grade six and older to include people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. But not everyone is happy about the changes. We were joined by the director of Sexuality Education and Training at Advocates for Youth, a representative from Planned Parenthood, and an Instructor at the School of Health Studies at Northern Illinois University to talk about it.
